Perissa beach nearby, excellent room cleaning (every day!!), friendly stuff, bus stop/minimarket/tour office/car rental close too, in general we had a very pleasant stay. Great value for money.
The hotel didnt offer transfer from and to its location when we arrived/ were leaving.. Since there is good bus transportation though, that wasnt a big deal.

There was not much to like.
The rooms were small and moldy. Stuff very unfriendly and only little english was spoken. The cleaning lady forgot to clean most of the timr and the hotel sticks out for its olderness.

You usually get what you pay for, sometimes much more! I had to keep checking that the price was not a mistake. For 25 euro a night, this is by far the best deal ever. The place is 2 min walk to the beach, 1 min to town. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our boat was not leaving until early evening, and they let us check out at 4pm. This place is an awesome deal and a steal for the price!
Breakfast was a bit sparse, but for 3 euro can't really complain.

Dmitrius, the owner, was a real sweetheart! He went above and beyond to make sure I knew how to get to the bus stops for the tours and how to get to the airport. He exhibits the true meaning of hospitality! Very friendly! I highly recommend! It was safe, clean, a 1 minute walk to the beach and very practical.
The shower was not like most American showers but I found that this shower was typical for the showers in the other Greek hotels where I stayed. Just part of the differences, no fault of Villa Maistrali.

Clean small hotel, close to the beach. Very good value for money. Good option to spent the night after sightseeing in Thira/Oia. Buses pass almost every hour. Many tavernas nearby on the beach

Very good price (20 € per night for a two-person-room with bathroom in June). Next to the beach. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis mit 20 € für ein Doppelzimmer pro Nacht im Juni. Lage sehr günstig.
The desciptionin in the e-mail to find the hotel was very bad. Nobody we asked, knew or wanted to know the hotel.The hotel lays on a connection street between the main road of Perissa and the beach. Aufgrund der sehr dürftigen Lagebeschreibung sehr schlecht zu finden. Keiner der umliegenden Bars oder Restaurants kannte das Hotel oder wollte es kennen. Das Hotel liegt an einer kleinen Verbindungsstraße zwischen Hauptstraße und Strandpromenade.

Dimitrios was lovely. Very nice and always ready to help. Great location close the bus stop and the beach as well. Good breakfast for the price. I would definaly recommend this place to stay at.

5 min walk to beach and restaurants in Perissa. Good breakfast for 3 euros. Only second year of operation so everything is almost new. Quiet. 2 minute walk from bus stop.
Perissa is two buses (1-2 hours) or an expensive (20 euro) cab ride from the ferry

the reception is really nice and helpful. very near to the Perissa beach and there are a lot of pubs nearby. near to the bus stop called mermaid.if you come for sight seeing instead of enjoying the beach for the whole day, this is not a good choice for you. but if you are coming for the beach, this is a nice place. there are also ferries to the red beach, leaving around 11:00 in the morning. better double check.
it takes around 40 mins to go to Fira and the bus is always late.
